Established in 1988, The County Homesearch Company is the leading independent property homefinder in the UK. Backed by a team of experienced relocation consultants, Sue Carne & I have been running the County Homesearch office in Sussex & Kent for over 3.5 years. A network of 25 other offices located around the UK allows us to offer true nationwide coverage.
Our goal is to find the ideal home to buy or rent on behalf of our clients. We draw on our local expertise to find the perfect property to meet every individual client’s needs. Close relationships with local estate agents and other industry professionals and regular national advertising mean that we hear about potential properties before they are even placed on the market.
We reduce the stress & time associated with finding a new home, by searching for relevant properties in the area according to the a precise brief, conducting previews and compiling a short list of suitable homes for our clients to review. We conduct orientation tours too to help clients better understand the area. Once a short list has been agreed we will then carry out accompanied viewings around the properties, providing expert advice on issues likely to be important in the decision making process e.g. road noise at rush hour, the best commuter links & routes, the best schools to consider, planning issues, etc.
Our job doesn’t stop once the client has selected their preferred home. We will also undertake negotiations on their behalf, as well as handling all the dealings with solicitors, architects, financial services companies, surveyors, utility providers, planning officials, etc.
